Philippine-Belgium cooperation marks a continuing process of
exploration and exchange in research and institutional collaboration. For the ESSC and Facultés Universitaires Notre-Dame de la Paix (FUNDP)/ Université Catholique de Louvain
(UCL) partnership, putting the Philippines on a global map takes on new
level of dynamism, new patterns of relationships and ultimately,
knowledge building.A significant contribution of this exchange is
building people's capacities to collectively manage and plan towards an
improvement of their way of life through a more responsive management
of the environment.
