This is to certify that the

ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE FOR SOCIAL CHANGE, INC.

a body corporate, organized and operating under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, is determined by this office to have been organized for scientific pursuits within the meaning of Section 24 of Republic Act No. 2067, as amended by Republic Act No. 3589.

This certification shall beeffective for a period of five (5) years starting November 16, 2005 subject to the conditions of DOST (NSTA) regulations No. 1, as amended and as may be applicable and interim arrangements between the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) unless sooner revoked for violations of any of the existing grounds thereof.
